Join us with GROUND Wellbeing as we launch our new GROUND pop up at Kilkenny Design, Emmett Place, Cork City.
Well-being is a daily practice which looks and feels different for everyone. Putting ourselves first is key. Founder of GROUND Wellbeing, Peigín Crowley, will host this interactive seminar on stress, mindfulness and burnout. Learn why it is so important to recognize the signs of burnout and practical ways to tackle it.
Tickets to this event are €20 and the cost of your ticket price can be redeemed towards any GROUND Wellbeing product in store only on the day of the event - simply show your ticket at the till. Early booking is advised, limited spaces available. Tickets are non-refundable.

Having spent over 20 years in the world of spa, Peigín is a wellness curator, creating award-winning spa experiences with wellbeing at the core. Having stood at the forefront of the wellness evolution in Ireland for the majority of her design career. Peigín's portfolio of 5-Star, award-winning properties include Adare Manor, The Cliff House Hotel, The Merrion, Mount Juliet Estate, and The Old Head of Kinsale.
A creative aromatherapist at heart, Peigín’s true passion lies in developing spa treatments and wellness products. In 2020, GROUND Wellbeing was born at the kitchen table in a quest to make wellness and self-care accessible to all. Since its inception, GROUND Wellbeing has gained a cult following with beauty and wellness enthusiasts.
