About this Event

Join us for a 2 hour walking tour on Saturday 19th October, beginning at the main entrance to St. Stephen's Green (facing Grafton Street) at 12pm.

Topics that will be covered include:

Irish society in the late 18th century;

The influence of overseas revolutionary fervour on Ireland;

The emergence and development of the United Irishmen;

Theobald Wolfe Tone and Robert Emmet;

1798 and 1803 rebellions;
