Event description
A breakthrough in education that could help ANYONE achieve their full potential as a student.

About this Event

Whether you have kids at school or are a full-time educator, you will know our current education system sees thousands of students failing every year. Even if they make it through to the end of high school, some students still fail their exams, perform poorly and (more importantly) are unable to apply what they've spent years learning.

Applied Scholastics teaches not WHAT to learn, but HOW to learn.

Long-term Irish educator Eithne Hogan will deliver a seminar on vital skills every student needs in order to succeed at school and unlock their future potential through effective education.

The seminar will address:

• What are the main barriers to study AND how to handle them.

• The symptoms of hidden illiteracy.

• The tools you need to bring student literacy levels up to higher levels in weeks - NOT years.

• How to help students learn with confidence, understanding and fun.

DANY GATZKE: Dany is the Applied Scholastics Coordinator for Ireland and has over 10 years of hands-on experience in using the program in both Germany and Ireland.

EITHNE HOGAN: An Irish Further Education & Second-level teacher who has taught in Ireland for the last 24 years. Specialising in English and History, she helped develop and moderate the QQI curriculum for the IT, English and Local History modules at Levels 5 and 6. Eithne is also a fully qualified and licensed Applied Scholastics Instructor and is pioneering the program in Ireland.

“It works all the time without fail. You can guide the learner on a step-by-step way of understanding. It brings vitality, eagerness and enthusiasm back to education.” E.H.
