Using evidence to tackle homelessness – policy and practice implications
Event Information
About this event
This event combines Campbell UK and Ireland’s research expertise with CES’s work supporting implementation of services and policy.
During this event, you will hear findings of research conducted by Campbell UK and Ireland, funded by the Centre for Homelessness Impact. Campbell’s extensive research on homelessness involved three systematic reviews on the following areas: accommodation, discharge programmes, and access to services.
Policy makers in Ireland and Northern Ireland will respond to the research, based on their real world experience. CES will share insights from implementation, and how evidence can inform both policy and practice.
This event will be of interest to policy makers and practitioners working in sectors of housing, local government, mental health, health, justice and education.
