Learn from behaviour change and remote working experts what best practices look like to improve the performance of your business from the CEO to the junior administrator. Upgrade your knowledge on what's happening with regards the connected working environment to be able to implement change before it’s enforced.

While having your staff reading and responding to emails late in the evening may seem like its increasing productivity, studies show the opposite is true. Digital Overload is real and continues to build; in the year from March 2020 to March 2021, there were the following increases;148% in online meetings, 40.6 billion emails, 45% in chat messages and 66% in the use of online documents. (source - Microsoft The Work Trend Index, March 2020).

So how can we truly support positive and healthy habits at an organisational level and throughout our workforce operations? How can we manage our technology so we can perform at work and disconnect at home?

The Irish Government is already offering guidance on home working but shouldn’t this be led by your organisation before legislation is introduced? (Source: Irish Government Guidance - Managing your mood, working from home).

Join us to discuss these issues and more. During this dynamic and interactive masterclass Remote Work Expert Rowena Hennigan and digital behavioural specialist Chris Flack will explore how to practically support Digital Resilience and operationalise the Right to Disconnect companywide. You will leave with new knowledge, practical and implementable actions that will deliver multiple advantages to your organisation, protect your employees and make your organisation a better place to work.

This event is run in conjunction with the UnConnected.org and aims to support #unconnect24. 100% of proceeds will be going towards their work in helping populations in developing countries get access to the internet in a fair and ethical way.

Aims of the session:

  • Introduce the challenge and the positive impact that organisations who implement policy gain
