APRIL ZOOM FRIDAY NETWORKING BREAKFAST
We are delighted to announce our APRIL Friday Networking Breakfast with special guest, award-winning film and television director Aoife Kelleher.
Aoife Kelleher is an award-winning film and television director. Her debut documentary feature film, 'One Million Dubliners'about Glasnevin Cemetery received numerous awards, including Best Irish Feature Documentary at the Galway Film Fleadh, Best Irish Film of 2014 by The Irish Times, Best Factual at the Celtic Media Awards and an IFTA award. She also made the critically acclaimed documentary series, 'Growing Up Gay' in 2010, and ‘Strange Occurrences in a Small Irish Village’, about Knock. Aoife’s radio documentary, 'The Case of Majella Moynihan', broadcast on RTÉ Radio One in 2019, won Best Documentary at the IMRO Radio Awards 2020.
So come join us on Friday, 9th April at 8:00am, hear from Aoife about her work in Irish film and have a chance to meet and chat with other members of the Irish community here - albeit virtually! Roll out of bed (depending on where you are, of course!), make the coffee or tea, throw on a few Irish sausages, if you are lucky enough to have them, and Zoom with us!
