This Manual Handling training course is designed to train participants in both the theory and practice of safe manual handling.

The online theory is delivered through Zoom every Thursday morning at 9am and takes approximately 90 minutes.

This is followed by your online practical session. You will have up to 7 days to complete your practical.

Once the practical is complete, full Manual Handling Certification will issue.
