Virtual Seminar on Suicide, Self-Harm and Mental Health to celebrate World Mental Health Day 2020

About this Event

To celebrate World Mental Health Day, the National Suicide Research Foundation in collaboration with University College Cork, the Higher Education Authority, the Health Service Executive National Office for Suicide Prevention and Ulster University, is hosting a virtual seminar via Zoom on Friday, 9th October, for those working in the area of Suicide, Self-Harm and Mental Health.

Seminar programme:

  • 9.30am: Dr Michael Kelleher Memorial Lecture – Prof. David Gunnell, University of Bristol ‘COVID-19 and Suicide Emerging Issues’
  • 10.15am – 12pm: Research Presentations by Early and Mid-Career Researchers
  • 12pm – 2pm: Break
  • 2pm – 4.30pm: Masterclasses and Presentation of Awards
