How will this webinar work?

It will be held via Google Hangouts.

A reminder will be emailed to you automatically by eventbrite once you book your place, and then again 48 hours prior, 2 hours prior, and when the event starts. In those emails, when you click the 'View now' button, you will be prompted to log into your eventbrite account. Some of you might not have an account, so you can create a new one easily at this point. We recommend getting this task out of the way as soon as you book your ticket, so that you don't have to rush to do it before the training commences.

When in the video call, you will be able to hear the trainer speak and view their computer screen. We ask that for the duration of the lecture part of the webinar, you keep your mic off unless otherwise instructed as it can cause sound/feedback issues.

Your one to one time allocation will be emailed to you the day before your training. If the time does not suit, please let us know as soon as you can so that we can arrange the other attendee's time-slots. If you are not able to attend your one to one session on the day, we will not be able to arrange it for another date.
