Are the young people in your life interested in film making? if they are between 15 - 19 and looking for something fun to get involved in this autumn why not join our Youth Film programme where they will get to learn all aspects of film making under the guidance of film practioner Tom Grace.

As part of the workshop young people will get to learn about all aspects of film making from pre - production to post production, camera use, scriptwriting, storyboarding, filming, sound recording, editing and more. Leading to opportunities of creating their own short films as part of a group and submitting them to youth film festivals.

You don’t need any prior experience to get involved and it’s a fantastic steppingstone for any young person interested in Film Production no matter the skill level.

At Waterford Youth Arts, the safety of young people is paramount. We are excited to be back for in-person workshops and we are really looking forward to meeting new creatives as well as welcoming back all our friends from last time.

In line with public health guidance, there will be procedures in place, guiding what we do and how we work together to remain safe in our creative workshops.
