Webinar 13 -"The Connection between Child Abduction & Parental Alienation"

Caroline Langley is an international barrister qualified and practised in Ireland, England & Wales, USA and Hong Kong. She is also an Attorney at Law and Mediator and Caroline has appeared on CNN and FOX News, and worked with foreign governments including the US Department of State, and the US Citizens Service. She continues to lecture for professional and educational entities. She has held executive positions at the American Bar Association International Section and Is a National Institute of Trial Advocates Certified Trainer. Throughout her legal career, she has practised in the children's rights areas of parental abduction and parental alienation (“PA”). Her most recent publication can be seen here [ACF website] ‘Guide to Choosing a Lawyer in a PA Case’ which lists a series of questions that are determinative of a legal representative’s PA expertise. Caroline will be presenting two expert webinars for ACF on Child Abduction and Parental Alienation. She will address cases of children taken to or from Ireland and outline the steps that a left-behind parent must take in order to have their children returned.
