Breath, Sound & Relaxation – A Weekly Wind-Down (Starting September)
Event Description:
Join us every Thursday evening for a deeply calming and restorative 75-minute session combining breathwork, mindful relaxation, and immersive sound healing.
This class is designed to help you unwind, reset your nervous system, and let go of tension through gentle guided breathing, mindful body awareness, and the soothing sounds of instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gongs. Whether you're new to sound baths or a regular, you're welcome just as you are.
There’s nothing to achieve and no right way to feel – simply come along, get comfortable, and allow yourself to relax and receive.

Every Thursday, 7:00–8:15pm (Starting September)
📍 Where:
Ballinteer Community School, Dublin 16
(Free parking available on site)
What to Bring:
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion, and anything else you need to feel warm and supported while lying down.
