Are you racing to go backwards? Are you longing for happiness yet keep chasing it in the future? This is a practical session built around a number of practices to bring stillness to your life in the present.
• How to fall still at a time of change and unpredictability,
• So much of our lives takes place in our heads – memory, speculation, imagination, etc. If you want to change your life, start with changing your mind.
• Practical exercise’s, tools and techniques to enhance awareness and stillness.
