Wellbeing/Resilience Strategies – Relationships Matter

Resilience and wellbeing during COVID With Sinead Gaynor

This pragmatic and engaging workshop explores:

  • Emotional contagion, the research on optimism and the impact of how we show up for ourselves and each other

  • Developing a ‘gratitude attitude’ and finding the silver lining in our challenging lives and circumstances

  • How energy goes where attention goes – the importance of thinking about and visualizing what we want; not what we do not want

  • Tapping into the resources and people in our network to enhance our resourcefulness and resilience. The value of spending time (even virtually) with people who ‘light us up’, give us energy, expand us and; limiting time (where possible) with energy ‘drainers’ or vampires

  • Strategies for with coping with energy drainers, pessimists, toxic situations and people

  • The research on happiness and why human connection, shared experiences and helping others creates resilience

  • Importance of committing with grit to a personal change and overcome self-sabotage or self limiting beliefs. Reminder to share with your accountability buddy to increase chances of personal change.

After you register you will be sent a calendar invite with a Zoom link so you can access the training online.
