From Anxiety to Action – Creating Well-Formed Outcomes

The ongoing reality of Covid-19 continues to present a grave and enormous challenge to our community and to Organisations. The aim of this session is to provide a step-by-step guide to help in dealing with issues, getting things done and developing your own Self-Efficacy.

By the end of the course learners will:

• Be aware of the psychological phases of a crisis

• Carry out an audit of their current experience

• Explore how to turn an issue into a Well-Formed Outcome

• Know how to develop healthy thinking patterns

• Understand how to develop flexible thinking

• Explore why self-efficacy and resilience are important

• Understand the step-by-step approach to creating a Well-Formed Outcome

This course is delivered by Inspire Wellbeing, Trinity's Employee Assistance Programme
