Wellness & Resilience - Mindfulness of posture, breath and busy mind (All Staff)

Take one hour out of your busy day, to meet colleagues and take some time for yourself!

College Physiotherapist and Mindfulness Instructor Karita Saar Cullen will guide you through the practices bringing together the body, mind and breath. We will explore the posture through a body scan and mindful movements while staying present to our thoughts, emotions and physical sensations. Mindfulness offers us an opportunity to be fully aware of our internal experience, moment to moment; to cultivate kindness towards ourselves and others; set the intentions for the next moments ahead and just simply taking better care of ourselves.

After you register you will be sent a calendar invite with a Zoom link so you can access the training online. If you have any questions email staffdev@tcd.ie
