Keynote - Natalie Maher

As one of the few women to have lead a design agency in the UK, Nat’s passion is raising the profile of women in the design industry, and in 2015 founded ‘Kerning The Gap’, a movement for like-minded people who want to see more women in design leadership roles, hear their voices and be inspired to create real and tangible change in the industry. Nat was most recently the CEO at London brand consultancy, Pollitt & Partners, one of the only employee-owned creative agencies in the world; bringing to it her experience gained with the likes of BT, World Animal Protection, British Gas, AEG, Bacardi, Mitchells and Butlers, L’Oreal and P&G.

Keynote - Jonathon Colman

Jonathon Colman (@jcolman) leads product designers, design systems, and the global content design team at Intercom. He's a Webby Award-winning designer and a keynote speaker who’s appeared at over 90 events in 9 countries on 5 continents. Previously, Jonathon led UX content strategy for Facebook’s Platform and Marketplace teams, was the principal user experience architect at REI, and served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Burkina Faso, West Africa. He’s worked on the web since 1994 and is grumpy it’s not done yet.

On the Sofa - Melanie Lynch

Melanie is a social entrepreneur and award-winning creative with a passion for justice, equality and storytelling. Starting a degree in Mathematics & Philosophy at Trinity College Dublin, she decided to take a detour and enrolled in art college, leading to a career working for some of the world's best advertising agencies.
