We are living through extraordinary times. As a planetary family—human and more-than-human—we are facing a climate emergency, a nature emergency, and a social emergency. Disconnected from the rhythms of the Earth and the sacred web of life, many of us have forgotten how to live in harmony with our original instructions: to care for one another and this living planet we call home.
This multi-layered crisis—this polycrisis—touches us deeply. It reveals both the collective suffering of our time and the radical possibility of awakening through it.
🍃🍃 Retreat Highlights 🍃🍃
During this five night retreat, we will come together to listen, to heal, and to remember. While we acknowledge the presence of ill-being and deep unrest, we also turn toward the path of wellbeing and liberation illuminated by the teachings of the Buddha and Thich Nhat Hanh.
Rooted in the wisdom of Plum Village, Wild Integrity invites you into a space of restoration, deep listening, and courageous reconnection. In a world that moves too fast, this is an invitation to slow down, to return to the inner landscape of the body and breath, and to reattune to the sacred hum of life within and around us.
Held within a beautiful venue immersed in nature, this retreat offers a sanctuary for inner and outer harmony to emerge. With the support of mindfulness, sound, movement, dance, gong baths, and nature-based healing, we will nourish the conditions for deep rest, insight, and renewal. You are invited to listen to the quiet wisdom of your own body and the wild intelligence of the Earth.
Guided by Rachel and Mick—two experienced facilitators rooted in mindfulness, nature connection, and collective care—we will explore the inner foundations of transformation:
- What helps us live in alignment with our deepest values?
- What do we need to sustain ourselves in these times of transition?
- How can we embody integrity while staying open to what is emerging?
Through experiential workshops, deep listening circles, and the joy of community living, we’ll cultivate practices that support resilience, compassion, and shared possibility. Together, we can begin to walk a path of harmony—with ourselves, one another, and the Earth—rooted in awareness, aliveness, and love.

About the Retreat Facilitators
Rachel Butt - Dharma name True Form of Stillness, is a long term practitioner in the Plum Village tradition whose work centres on deep listening, collective care, and living in right relationship with ourselves, one another, and the Earth. She brings a background in music, law, and social justice advocacy, and now lives and works in the Plum Village ecosystem, contributing to safeguarding, EDI, and capacity-building initiatives to support collective wellbeing, and collaboration across our global network. Founder of wondrousound, a holistic platform blending mindfulness, sound, and vision, she helps people tune into their true sound and co-create microcosms of harmony, creativity, and collective wellbeing. Her facilitation invites participants to cultivate inner harmony, authentic expression, and activate the collective flowering of our true potential even in a time of polycrisis.
Mick McEvoy—Dharma name True Pure Earth—is a native of Tyrone who lives, works, and practices in the Plum Village community in France. He brings more than twenty years of experience with people, plants, and mindfulness to his facilitation of the Plum Village Happy Farm, the Plum Village Rewilding Project, and their dedicated retreats.
