Winter Rose Gathering: Honouring Our Cultures & Traditions

By Doras

Overview

Join our sixth session in our series of free workshops aimed at migrant women and their health and wellbeing.

In this session, Toni Michelle Keating, Plant Medicine Educator, Herbalist, Holistic Practioner, we will help us explore the healing qualities and symbolism of the rose, share and celebrate our own winter cultural traditions, and lead a hands-on activity where we create a rose-based remedy together by connecting plant wisdom with the richness of our diverse stories and seasonal practices.

Please bring an item from your culture that represents celebration during the winter season, this could be a symbol, piece of clothing, decoration, or anything meaningful to you.
