About this event
Meet us on the longest night of the year for an evening of storytelling, sound healing and nature connection in the dark.
We will meet under the roundtower in Glendalough and take a walk through the dark valley. During our walk, professional tour guide and forest bathing guide Cat will tell stories and legends about Glendalough and the winter solstice while professional sound therapist Liam enhances the walk with enchanting sounds.
Halfway through the walk we will stop for a special winter solstice ceremony, some sound healing, and a warming cup of tea.
After that, we will go on a mindful walk and connect with nature through some forest bathing invitations.
Wrap up warm, bring a torch, and join us for a special mid-winter celebration.
