Brendan will take a group to do a tempo session at the Model Farm Business park. Details of the session will be posted on the CTC website.

This session be limited to 15 registered attendees only. Depending on demand, Trever will take a second session

Please only register if certain can attend. No substitutions. Coaches will check vs register and any non registered people will not be allowed participate.
