This is a one day wire wrapped jewellery workshop. Wire wrapped jewellery is handmade sometimes with semi-precious gemstones but always with wire, lots and lots of wire.

In this six-hour, Sunday workshop professional Artist and Jewellery Maker Lesley Richardson will teach and guide you through the process of making your own simple wrapped heart in bare copper that you can take home with you.

You'll learn how to prepare your wire for wrapping and care for your finished piece. You'll learn a variety of wire wrapping weaves and how to transform these into a wire wrapped heart. You can embellish your heart with crystal or glass beads and you'll learn how to attach these securely.
