Workshop 2 - Addressing Impostor Syndrome
About this event
Countless studies report that in the areas where they are less represented, women tend to develop feelings of self-doubt and inadequacy. Girls’ lack of confidence in their abilities to succeed would even start from early childhood. At WITS, we also notice this phenomenon very concretely when we host career panels, where the word “impostor syndrome” is frequently mentioned by our guests.
For the second workshop of this coaching series, Life and Career Coach Anna Lehane brings our focus to this famous impostor syndrome: how does it work? What is the role of our inner critic in its mechanism? How can you manage this inner critic more effectively to stop doubting your own abilities?
This workshop, which will fully take place online, will nevertheless be highly interactive: get ready to actively take part in the discussion and practice!
