Join us on Wednesday 17th January in Bradley Renault Galway for an evening of inspiration, motivation and encouragement to help make 2018 your best year yet. This is a female-focused event as part of the global Women for Tri Programme.

Whether your goal is to improve your triathlon performance or to take the plunge into the sport for the very first time, this informal gathering for female athletes will provide the platform to encourage you to train and perform at your best regardless of your triathlon aspirations or abilities over the coming 12 months.

Speakers include; Dr. Sue Redmond, Unwrapping Brilliance, Dr. Jane Walsh, NUIG School of Psychology, Anna Grealish, Triathlon Ireland, Louise Sharkey, Vita-Nutrition & Jonathan Gibson, The Athlete Clinic. Each speaker will share their professional and personal experiences of triathlon, covering topics including; time management, peak performance, coaching, mindfulness, nutrition, recovery and much more with a very specific female focus.

The event is open to female athletes of all levels who wish to meet and chat with like-minded athletes, be inspired and encouraged by our speakers in a relaxed social environment.

Doors open at 6:30pm, speakers commence at 6:50pm

Entry is free, but please RSVP. Light refreshments will be served.


About Women For Tri®

Women For Tri®, a program of The IRONMAN Foundation launched by IRONMAN and Life Time Fitness in 2015, works to increase female participation at all levels of triathlon. The program seeks to identify and diminish primary barriers to entry and mobilize triathlon advocates to encourage and engage female athletes across all race distances and representing all athletic abilities.
