About this event
Being a working parent is tough. Juggling the demands of home, school, activities, or caring for young children at home, with your workload is relentless. It’s little wonder that over 85% of parents say that they’ve felt overwhelmed in the last month.
In this one-hour session we’ll look at practical ways in which we can set boundaries so that we make time for all the things that matter to us. We’ll also lift the lid on guilt and come up with some practical strategies for managing it. By the end of the session we’ll have a clear plan of how we can reduce stress and feel less overwhelmed. There will be a chance to ask questions during the session.
Who is this for?
