Welcome to the booking page for Working Well Mindfully - an online course on work and well-being.

In our daily struggle with the to-do list and the inbox it’s all too easy to lost sight of well-being – even though well-being is probably what we are working for in the first place. This course can help you to cultivate well-being in your working life and in the all-important context in which it takes place: your personal life.

The course has 15 lessons which you can access immediately. Texts are accompanied by audios you can download and keep. Each lesson will include at least one video which, again, you can download and keep. The course includes many mindfulness techniques and exercises.

Every lesson has an optional comment and discussion section in which I participate.

The course is designed to be feasible for people with busy lives and for that reason it is always accessible even after the course officially "ends".

Where and when can I do the course?
Anywhere and any time you've got an internet connection. And as most of the material is downloadable, you won't need an internet connection if you've saved it.

What if I can't keep up because of work or holidays (or even work or life in general)?
Don't worry, the course will be there for you when you get back. You can break at any time and come back. You can postpone at any time.

When can I start the course?
As soon as you buy the course you will receive an email with a code that allow you to enrol for the lessons which will begin on 15th February. You will receive another email before it begins.
