Join me for a mindful coaching workshop to facilitate healthy conversations with yourself to positively regulate your personal energy.

About this event

Every part of you is welcome in this coaching space held to explore and befriend your inner judge. There is immense power in the stories we tell ourselves and the right language can positively grow your own personal power to be creative, innovative and productive. Notice the sound of your inner voice and build a healthy relationship with the person you talk to the most throughout your day.

In this two-hour online workshop you will:

  • Check in with your thoughts, emotions and feelings
  • Connect with yourself through your breath
  • Work with your inner critic and unravel self-sabotage
  • Learn to implement self-regulating techniques

What to bring? Anything to keep you comfortable, pen and paper and an open mind.

Organiser of Workshop: Regulate your self-talk

I'm a certified Life and Workplace Coach and NLP practitioner with experience in both facilitating groups and one-on-one coaching. Coaching can help you gain clarity on where you want to go and how to get there. There is great power in the language we use and the stories we tell ourselves. When you are asked the right questions, I believe you have the ability to find your own answers. You have all the resources you need within yourself to reach your full potential in life.

As a lifelong learner, I'm continuously developing to be my best self and optimizing my way of supporting others in their development. To deepen and grow my own coaching practice, I'm consistently implementing tools and practices in my life and I love sharing these with others. Mindfulness practices like meditation and journaling have helped me become more aware of where my focus goes in life. When we become aware, we can become curious and hold space for each other to find a simpler way of being.
