Yin to Yang Yoga Class
Overview
This class begins with grounding breathwork, meditation and Yin poses to gently open the body and slow the mind. The practice will then move into a dynamic, warming sequence to build energy and strength. The practice closes with soothing stretches and relaxation leaving you feeling relaxed and grounded, yet uplifted and revitalised for your day.
These classes are suitable for all ages and abilities. Lauren will give modifications and variations throughout the yoga sequence for mixed levels.
