About this event

If you haven't tried it before, Yin Yoga is lovely complementary style of yoga to our more active, flowing classes.  

Yin targets the connective tissues in the body (rather than the muscles) and is a practice of softening the body, and finding stillness.  

A subtly challenging, but deeply soothing practice, ideal for warm summer evenings, especially after the strange year we've just had. You will feel relaxed and ready for bed afterwards.

This course includes 8 Yin Yoga videos.

These recordings of live in studio and online classes start with meditation and breathwork, before some Yin Yoga poses, and close with a nourishing guided relaxation.

It is useful to have yoga blocks and a bolster, but a few pillows, blankets and a heavy book will do fine too.

You will have unlimited access to 8 videos to use whenever and wherever you want from now up to September 5th.

Remember that you are responsible for your body and it is important to go gently and only do what feels right for you. These classes are intended for healthy bodies of any shape or size. If you have any injuries or issues please contact your doctor before following the videos.

I’ve been teaching Yoga since 2012 and practicing since 2003.  Before teaching Yoga I was an English and French teacher, teaching has been part of my life for a long time! I feel very fortunate to share yoga with others, and I’m passionate about guiding people as they breathe, move, meditate and most importantly,  listen to themselves.  

I teach public and private classes, all online now - hatha yoga, yin yoga, chakra yoga, and meditation.  I’ve taught a wide range of students from children and complete beginners to trainee teachers.  I am continually studying to improve my teaching skills and knowledge, and in the past year I have also started to assist on teacher training courses.  I’ve also delivered workshops on the chakra, yoga nidra, prenatal & postnatal yoga, meditation and more.
