About this event
A full day retreat for all who are interested in what they embody, and how to transform through shifting perspective, embracing shadow and light, and attuning to compassion so that love can do what needs to be done through us.
There are still places left for this special philosophy and yoga retreat facilitated by Dr Lucy Weir. We hope, weather permitting to enjoy the yoga out on the lawn and soak up some more County Cork Summer sunshine! We will provide a light, home-cooked lunch.
