About this event
Treat yourself to the magic of yoga in a beautiful space. We will start by gently waking the body and move through a creative yoga flow and beautiful sun salutations. This your chance to connect with your body and move in a way that feels good for you, while connecting to the breath. Fiona has been teaching yoga for 5 years, and has taught along her travels in Spain and Peru. Inspired by tradition yoga philosophy, with an emphasis on mindfulness and self-care, we will flow in this class, building some heat, then enjoying some restorative poses and short meditation to finish. We will attempt some more challenging/ fun poses, but you will be invited to take variations that suit your ability. Fiona will inspire you to turn inwards, cultivate inner peace and honor how your body is feeling. Number one priority will be to have fun and enjoy meeting new people!
Suitable for all levels, modifications will be offered. Beginners welcome. Leave feeling open, relaxed and energized. This class will offer some challenge, but you are invited to take it at your own pace. Suitable for someone looking to further advance their yoga practice too.

You are responsible for your own movement practice, only do what you feel comfortable to (which is exactly the philosophy of yoga!). It is your responsibility to gage whether this class is suitable for your level of fitness and mobility. While this is an all levels class it helps to have tried yoga before. Yoga encourages you to listen to your body and respect your energy on any given day. Honor your body by moving gently when you're feeling tired, and challenging yourself when you're feeling energetic! Any guidance given during this class is not intended to replace medical advise.
