This course includes 12 Yoga Flow videos.
These recordings of live in studio and online classes start with meditation and breathwork, before some fun Yoga Flow sequences, and close with a nourishing guided relaxation.
The playlist includes gentle, challenging and mixed level classes, some 40, some 60 and some 75 minutes long.
It is useful to have yoga blocks and a bolster, but a few pillows, blankets and a heavy book will do fine too.
You will have unlimited access to all 12 videos to use whenever and wherever you want for the month of July.
Remember that you are responsible for your body and it is important to go gently and only do what feels right for you. These classes are intended for healthy bodies of any shape or size. If you have any injuries or issues please contact your doctor before following the videos.
