We cannot think of a better way to begin Day Two of our Festival, than a calming Yoga class, in the stunning surroundings of Heywood Gardens, on the morning after our Garden Party there. Our Yogi for the session, Simon Rogers, as well as being a passionate Yoga teacher, is also a Natural Health and Well Being Therapist, and is Facilitator at Blackhill Woods Retreat, which is a sanctuary of Nature, Yoga & Well Being, in Abbeyleix, Co. Laois.
