This powerful and inspiring guided path, lead by Transformational Coach Patricia Rowland, will support you in learning how to gain the wisdom of gratitude, honour your intuitive voice and become the creative self and connect with the love for life again. This path will guide you to confront those hidden layers from decades of limiting beliefs, fears and loneliness that will be released and will transform you to an invincible state of mind

This Workshop will help you to become clear on what you actually want and I will be addressing areas of your life filled with ..sadness, panic, rejection, stress, abandonment, overwhelming fear, loniness, loss, letting go of old relationships

During this supportive and creative day you will be exploring the topics of how to achieve mental freedom and build your resilience restoring your health and wellbeing

If you are tired of experiencing the same emotions each day, then this workshop is for you. The learning outcome of this path are as follows-

12 STEPS TO LIVING A Life you Love !

People ask me what do you do Thris on this 1 day experience . It's a mix of the following and it allows you to become aware of your thinking habits, like Oprah says, "Be responsible for the energy you bring into a room."

1. WRITE OUT YOUR GOALS. Take the time to search your heart and listen to your voice for this vital exercise. What do you want to achieve in the next 12 months? Don't just think about it or talk about it, write it down!
Use a mind map (like a memory bubble)
Studies have shown that the simple act of taking the time to write out your goals will dramatically increase the likelihood of achieving those goals!

So write, write, write!

2. LET GO OF "I nearly achieved ". It's time to let go of the past (just leave it behind). Let's face it, you can't change the past. In fact, the past doesn't even exist anymore. The only place it exists is in your mind. We control our now.

Let it go. Learn the lessons, look for the silver-linings, and be grateful for what "is" today and what will be tomorrow...believe that great things are waiting for you (if you are willing to "receive" them). It's just hard to "receive" when your mind is holding on to the can't have and your physical being has written down its goals.

LET GO and move on. It's time.

3. FORGIVE. Are you holding on to any resentment, anger or regret toward someone? It's time to forgive, and again, let go. These feelings no longer serve you.
The only person you hurt when you don't forgive, is yourself.

Don't rent any space in your head to lodgers.

Just forgive and move on. Be the bigger person.

Sometimes, we need to forgive ourselves for something we've done or said; if that's the case, forgive yourself and move on.

Today is a new day. Choose to be the best person you can be,
starting this day forward.

4. BE INNOVATIVE. Think OUTSIDE" THE BOX. Don't follow the "crowd". Be the LIGHTHOUSE to your dream life (not your neighbors dream life, your parents' dream life or society's dream life)...this is YOUR life. There is no place for fear. YOU are in charge of your life, no one else is (unless you choose them to be).

5. LEARN TO LIVE IN LOVE WITH LIFES JOURNEY. Why? Because the "journey" is your life! Sometimes we focus so much on the end result or the "goal" we wish to achieve, that we are not even enjoying the journey it takes to get there. If you're really hating the journey, then maybe it's time to make some changes in your life and/or your goal.

6. Springforward with Patricia Rowland. Most people are afraid to try something new because they are afraid to fail. Remember, the most successful people FAILED and learned by there experiences.
Why did they become successful? Because, they never gave up.
Knowing how to lose miserably teaches you how to win easily and that's from my experiences.

Don't ever let the fear of "failure" get in the way of living your dreams. If you fail, simply get back up, brush yourself off, learn the lessons you need to learn (that's important), adjust your path and move forward...always move forward.

7. EAT HEALTHY AND BE ACTIVE. You only have this one body. Remember, if you get sick, you can't trade it in for a new one.
What you do to your body today has a huge impact on how long you live and the quality of life you will lead in the future. Don't wait until it's too late. Start now.

8. INVITE POSITIVITY INTO YOUR LIFE The words you use when you communicate with others, reflects your thoughts on the inside.
Be careful what you ask for!
What you think about, you become.

Don't get caught up in negative conversations or gossip with others. In fact, stay away from negative people altogether. They are "energy drainers". -- stay away from it. It will be difficult to manifest great things in your life being exposed to that negative energy.
It's important to have your energies cleared and this is where I can help.

Like Oprah says, "Be responsible for the energy you bring into a room."

I release the limiting energy and replace positive energy and motivation to move forward.

9. CREATE YOUR OWN "CIRCLE OF LIGHT". After your clearing I will surround you with positive energy attracting loving people who elevate you. Peace, calm, self worth, will flow with ease.

Prioritise the people you choose to spend time with. Do they energise you? Do they focus on inspiration? Do they live a "big" positive life

10. LOVE MORE. Make it a priority to always come from a place a love. Whatever your task at hand is, feel & do it with love and the affects of this others feel around you too.

How do you do that? Simply ask yourself "If I were coming from a place of love right now, how would I act?" and then do that.
Sometimes it can simply be acknowledging another person with a big genuine smile, giving a compliment or just refraining from getting into a confrontation when you're placed in a negative situation.

11. FEEL CONNECTED TO "SOURCE" (or the God of your understanding). Simply be still, be present and go within. Meditation is a phenomenal way to do that. There's no better way to elevate your vibration, feel true inner peace and get the answers, solutions and guidance you are looking for.
I support my clients with pure essential oil threatment, creating the space for them to let go and experience the shift they long for which changes there life and there thinking.

AND last but not least...

12. FOCUS ON WHAT'S IMPORTANT. Sometimes we get so consumed by the little things or we are so focused on achieving a specific goal, that we neglect the bigger and more important things in our life. Often, we don't realize that -- until it's too late.

So what's important?

RELATIONSHIPS - that is the most important "thing" in our lives. Don't neglect, ignore, or dismiss the people who mean the most to you.

They won't always be there.

Remember, life is short, you have one shot at it. Don't be a stranger.. we can create the life you long for ❤️


What can I bring into the event?

You can bring along a yoga mat or and comfy blanket to rest on as we meditate throughout the workshop. You may wish to bring a lunchbox for you 1pm break. Tea / coffee will be included but lunch is not included.

What's the refund policy?

I know you will all honour your reservation. However, if for some reason you need to cancel your booking I require at least 2 weeks notice . If less than 2 weeks notice is given , I have the right to retain the workshop fee.

If the workshop is cancelled you will be offered a full refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative event.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You are required to bring your ticket, either in printed form or on your smartphone

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes provided you have called the organiser to remit name and detail before registration on the morning
