YSI Annual Showcase

The YSI Annual Showcase is the biggest event in the YSI calendar. May 2014 will see over 6000 young people descend on Citywest for a day of games, awards, exhibitions, workshops and much more. Expect a great party atmosphere.

There are plenty of volunteer roles on offer including theatre assistants, Open Mic MCs, roaming tweeters, diary room assistants and pirates!

You'll be invited to a YSI volunteer briefing in Vodafone HQs a week prior to the event where roles will be announced. A written brief will also be sent in advance.

Do I avail of Charity Leave for this?
Yes, you can. After consulting with your direct line manager please visit myHR page for more information as to how.

Are there any guidelines I should follow?

Yes, there are. Please re-visit the Go Do section of the Hub to read our Go Volunteer guidelines and YSI's Child Protection Policy.

Will I be sent a reminder closer to the event date?

Yes, you will receive a personalised event reminder.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes. Please find a colleague to replace you on the day if you're unable to attend for any reason. Please also notify the event organiser of this change.
