Organizing an event

Download a Sales summary

Check your Sales summary for an overview of ticket sales, ticketing fees, and taxes for your event. To get started, go to your event dashboard and select Reporting. Then select Event reports and choose Sales summary. To download this report for multiple events, go to Reporting in your organization settings. Access to the Sales summary requires permission to view “Advanced reports.” If you’re not the account owner, contact them to check if you have this permission.

The Sales Summary will no longer be available after March 2026. Instead, you can reference your Sales by ticket type report. If you need to access historical data from your Sales Summary, be sure to download it before March 31, 2026.
