Pricing overview

Publish events for free

Eventbrite allows organizers to publish unlimited events of any size at no cost.

Attendees pay Ticketing Fees

When you sell tickets, add-ons, or accept donations, your attendees pay Eventbrite’s Ticketing Fees at checkout. If you prefer, you can choose to cover these fees yourself when setting up your ticket types. There are no fees for free tickets.

Paid marketing tools are optional

Eventbrite offers a variety of marketing tools, including paid options for organizers aiming to increase attendance and profitability:

  • Eventbrite Ads: You can pay to advertise your event on Eventbrite's website and mobile apps. Costs are based on your chosen daily budget, which determines how frequently your ads are displayed.

  • Eventbrite plans: Subscribing to a Pro plan increases your email marketing reach. For more tailored event solutions, you can contact Eventbrite’s sales team to explore customized plan options. These options are further described in this article.

Plans available

Eventbrite plans are available to organizers in the following countries:

  • Australia

  • Canada

  • Ireland

The Pro plan is ideal for expanding your email marketing reach. Without a Pro subscription, you’re limited to sending 250 marketing emails per day. A Pro plan allows you to reach a broader audience with higher daily send limits.

To sign up for a Pro plan, go to Plan management .

Sales partnership

For large or complex events involving paid tickets, Eventbrite offers customized plans tailored to your specific needs. Contact Sales Partnerships  to learn more.

Your subscription will still be active until the end of your current billing cycle, but you won't be charged again.
