Share your event

After you publish your event, go to your event dashboard to share it with your attendees. Select Share to share your event on social media, send an email campaign, or download a promotional flyer.

1. Go to your event dashboard.

2. Select "Share."

3. Choose how you want to share your event

  • Select a social media icon to share your event on that platform.

  • Select Share on social to use Eventbrite’s social media sharing tools for Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

  • Select Send an email campaign to create an email campaign.

  • Under Share a flyer, select the save icon on one of the pre-made images to download it.

When you share a flyer, you can choose between two ratios (4:5 or 9:16). Some of the images will include a QR code that attendees can scan to visit your event. These promotional images are auto-generated and can’t be customized.
