Organizing an event

Change a single date or time in a recurring event schedule

Edit or delete a single date in your recurring event schedule by going to the calendar under “Schedule”. Click on the date or time you want to change. Then choose to edit, reschedule, or manage. If you change the date or time of an individual occurrence, be sure to email any registered attendees to communicate the change.

  • 4. Click on the occurrence you want to change.
  • 5. Click "OK".
  • 6. Save & Continue. 
  • 7. Email your attendees.

1. Go to Manage my Events.

Log in to your Eventbrite account and select Manage my events from your account menu.

2. Go to your Event Dashboard.

Click your event to go to your Event Dashboard.

3. Click "Schedule". 

4. Click on the occurrence you want to change.

Select the occurrence and choose from these options:

  • Delete — If an individual event hasn't sold tickets, you can delete it from your event schedule. If you’ve sold tickets, refund all orders for the occurrence. Then return to "Schedule" to delete it.

  • Reschedule — Change the date or time of the event occurrence.

  • Manage — Go to the dashboard for the individual event occurrence to manage details for that occurrence, like ticket sales and event reports.

To add a new occurrence, click “Add date” and enter the date and time.

5. Click "OK".

6. Save & Continue. 

7. Email your attendees.

If you make changes to a date or time that has registered attendees, be sure to email them to let them know.
