Silverback Distillery hosts relaxed, welcoming events centered around great drinks, good food, and easy nights out. Our goal is to create experiences that feel approachable, social, and well taken care of, whether you’re joining us for a cocktail class, tasting, or special event.

We strive to produce distinct, flavorful spirits using a unique mix of local grains, mountain water, and good old-fashioned American craft(woman)ship. Proudly mother–daughter owned, the only distillery of its kind in the country, everything we make is designed to be enjoyed, not overthought.

With production facilities and tasting rooms in both the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania and the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, Silverback offers a memorable visitor experience. Whether you’re enjoying cocktail flights, barrel-smoked cocktails, or whiskey served neat, there’s no wrong way to taste.

We focus on hands-on experiences led by our bar team, paired with thoughtful food from local partners. Everything is designed so guests can show up, enjoy themselves, and leave with something they’ll actually use or remember.
