[a] To conduct and promote theatrical productions and other visual and performance arts events to enhance the community's cultural and social awareness.

[b] To promote charitable performing and visual arts events that foster community spirit, social awareness, and diversity.

[c] To provide opportunities for relatively unknown artists and students to practice their art.

Events may include theatrical performances, workshops, youth story hours, musical performance And community building events.
