KH Empowerment Services (KHES) supports NDIS providers and participants across the Central Coast with expert guidance in Support Coordination and the new NDIS Navigator model.
Led by Karen Hersey, a recognised authority in the sector, KHES draws on decades of experience across disability, mental health, corporate, and defence settings—including roles as an NDIA Internal Review Officer, NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Team Leader, LAC Workplace Learning Coach, and NDIS Consumer Educator.
KHES empowers providers with practical tools, strategies, and insights to confidently navigate the transition from Support Coordination to NDIS Navigation, enhancing service delivery and participant outcomes.
