Trevi Women
Trevi is a Plymouth-based women’s charity that supports survivors of trauma and abuse to recover, rebuild, and thrive. Our core purpose is to help women and their children move from instability to independence, particularly those affected by domestic abuse, addiction, and contact with the criminal justice system.
We do this through:
Jasmine Mother & Child: Safe Residential Recovery
Trevi runs Jasmine Mother and child, one of the UK’s only residential rehabilitation centres where women can undergo treatment for substance misuse while keeping their children with them. It’s a lifeline for mothers who would otherwise face separation, giving them the chance to rebuild both their lives and their families in a safe, nurturing environment.
Sunflower Women's Centre: Community Support and Empowerment
Through Sunflower Women’s Centre, we provide wraparound, trauma-informed support for women in the community — including those experiencing domestic abuse, sexual violence, poverty, or mental health challenges. The centre offers counselling, wellbeing activities, education, peer support, and practical help with housing, benefits, and legal issues.
Blossom Women's House: Crisis and Criminal Justice Support
Trevi’s Blossom Women's House provides temporary accommodation and wraparound support for women involved in the criminal justice system, women fleeing domestic violence and women who are at risk of becoming - or who already are - homeless.
Trevi: Standing Up Against Gendered Violence
Trevi uses its voice to challenge gender inequality, male violence against women and girls (VAWG), and systemic injustices that harm vulnerable women. Campaigns such as 16 Days of Activism and Reclaim the Night raise awareness, build solidarity, and push for policy change.
At its heart, Trevi stands for women helping women. We offer sanctuary, sisterhood, and hope — proving that with the right support, recovery and renewal are possible.
