Abby Peyton Laporte
Abby Peyton Laporte earned an MFA in narrative medicine creative writing and bachelors in interdisciplinary biology. She is previously published in The Berkeley Times and Unlimited Literature. Her arts center advocacy for those with psychotic mood disorders, as well as themes of intricate family history, identity, belonging, and the global impacts of neurological diversity. Laporte debuted a 25 minute comedic solo show about severe mental illness recovery at The People’s Improv Theater in Manhattan in April of 2024.
