The Brave Women’s Community Center

Brave Women’s Community Center is a trauma-informed nonprofit in Denver dedicated to helping women and girls heal from abuse, rediscover their voice, and reconnect with their sense of power and purpose.We offer creative, community-centered programs like therapeutic improv, storytelling circles, survivor-led classes, youth empowerment workshops, and live listening events where survivors’ voices are honored and witnessed.

At BWCC, we believe healing happens in connection — not in isolation. Through expressive arts, movement, and truth-telling, we create brave spaces where survivors become leaders, pain becomes purpose, and every woman is reminded: you were never broken — only silenced. And now, you get to speak.
