The Mission of the Holistic Centre of Excellence is to promote Health & Wellbeing, through Educational programs for individuals, groups, therapists, and Corporations.

Anna Gibson-Steel has been passionately advocating this mission since the late 1990's, as a Teacher, Mentor, Therapist, Public Speaker and Author. She is known globally for her expertise in Stress Solutions. Her 60 Second Panic Solution was created online 8 years ago and is currently in use in over 90 countries. Her unique cartoon based book -Stress Free Solutions to becoming Stress Free was published in 2016. She mentors and treats individuals online at her private clinic in Co Limerick, and is especially concerned about the rise in Children and young Adults presenting with Stress. Hence this Roadshow, which is designed to educate parents so they can help their children.
