I am a mother of three biological children, one adopted daughter (my granddaughter), and another granddaughter. I proudly embrace my role as what some would call an "old crone"—a title I wear with honor.

While I grew up in a deeply dysfunctional home with stories that could fill bookshelves, I've learned that our past is simply a stepping stone. What matters isn't what happened behind closed doors, but who we choose to become because of it and how we embody our truth in this human experience.

My Core Belief

I believe wholeheartedly that women and mothers are the heart of the family. When we prioritize our own healing—mending our hearts, transforming our lineage, and integrating our shadows—this transformation naturally flows to everyone we love: partners, children, parents, siblings, and friends. As we show up empowered and fully alive, we create space for our loved ones to do the same, generating a beautiful ripple effect of positive change.
