I am a fully qualified and accredited therapist who works with people who are unsure if they want to become parents or not, and those who need support to embrace the childfree life. My aim is to help those who are unsure about parenthood, for whatever reason, to make the right decision for them. I can do this by providing information and an independent, non judgemental space. My only aim is to help you make the right decision for you.

I also host 'The Are Kids For Me Podcast' where I speak to Irish people with a wide range of personal and/or professional experience of answering this question.
