Bhakti Festival Dublin 2018

Bhakti Festival is a celebration of sacred music and meditation, a day of continuous devotional music in the form of Kirtan (call and response chanting) and other forms of chanting. It is also a fundraiser for the charities outlined below. No experience of these music practices are needed. The aim of these practices is to connect to your heart through your voice and dive into the experience of singing as a way to relax the body and mind and nourish the Soul. The intention of the Festival is to uplift hearts, through the power of devotional music, with some of Ireland’s well loved chant leaders.

Come and join Yasia who has been leading “Come and Sing Your Heart Out” Kirtan for the past 5 years here in Dublin, along with Felicity Ananda who has established the first regular Kirtan practice in South Dublin and the heart opening Chanting and Chai, a collaboration of musicians, who have been leading the wonderful monthly Chanting afternoons on the Northside of Dublin. Special guest groups to be announced.

There will be tea and tasty snacks available throughout the day!
