Bray Women's Refuge

Bray Women’s Refuge is a Domestic Violence Service providing short term crisis accommodation for women and children in need of a safe space; the service also provides information and support including accompaniment, advocacy or relevant referral for those experiencing domestic violence and abuse in its many forms in their home environment or family life whether resident in the refuge of deciding to remain at home or staying elsewhere.

At Bray women’s refuge we connect directly with women and children to assist them to identify their needs and thereafter support and work with them and any other agencies and organisations within their community to assist them in moving forward in the most beneficial manner possible for them.

2018 is the 40th Anniversary of the establishment of the service that has become Bray Women’s Refuge and as part of our celebrations of this achieving this milestone, Bray Women’s Refuge are delighted to welcome Don Hennessy, (Author, Relationships Counsellor and Director of the National Domestic Violence Intervention Agency (NDVIA)) to Bray to deliver this Information Workshop.

I hope you can join us.
